As a trained psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Business Administration and an MSC in Management Development I have worked with many large organisations, such as Deloitte and Touche, BUPA and the NSPCC as well as numerous individuals. I have over two decades of experience working with individuals, organisations and families helping them navigate life’s challenges and gain the tools they need to manage both personal and professional issues. Through my work as a consultant, coach, educator, presenter and transpersonal therapist I have also participated in radio talk shows and been featured on TV and in the media.

My passion lies in empowering transformation in individuals, developing their potential and enhancing their talents.
