You
complete a few simple exercises which help you and your coach
prioritise the areas you want help with. Try the Clean

After
that, you are coached by 45 minute long telephone conversation
fortnightly. You are encouraged to think differently, agree
to do certain tasks and find your answers from within.
Your
coach will help you assess your goals, support you through difficulties
and share your successes.
