Many organisations appreciate that they are only as good as the people that work for them. Vast sums of money are now invested in training and development. The intention is to harness an individual’s abilities to adopt new skills enabling them to become more effective and a more valuable asset to the company.

Too often training programmes fail because the recipients’ real needs have been ignored. The employees can only become more valuable to the company if they value themselves. A lack of focus and self-confidence hinders effective development.

Jadzia has drawn on her own experiences, knowledge of life, education, levels of awareness and sensitivity to develop an alternative approach to corporate training which is fully conversant with businesses and the framework within which they operate. Her innovative approach focuses on developing the person to further enhance their abilities and to enable them to realise their potential. She works on the principle that it is an under valued sense of self which prevents someone from outwardly achieving. Working within a group or on a one to one basis, Jadzia supports her clients in understanding who they are and how they function. With this insight and empowering knowledge they begin to realise that they are able to take on new responsibilities and appreciate that they have choices. The effect is often remarkable.

Jadzia is a qualified coach, teacher and transpersonal psychotherapist as well as an experienced speaker with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Management Development. She has also completed her NLP Master Practitioner training as well as being a graduate of Professor Seligman’s Authentic Happiness coaching programme. She has worked as a pioneer in the area of Personal Development since 1988 and was awarded the Lady Platt prize by the Institute of Training and Development for her work in Equal Opportunities.

Alongside her Coaching Practice Jadzia also maintains a Psychotherapy Practice.
